Traditionally testimonials amounted to a few lines to a few paragraphs of a satisfied customer / buyer. We have all read them from time to time. Their GREAT !! . . .however are they real? It would be nice to put a face to the words . . . something to grab on too. Something more real One of the best ways to improve your online creditability is use video testimonials.

Where your interested buyer / customer will actually see and hear your happy customers. Here is a typical testimonial . . .yes it is real.

YAWN it does'nt do much does it?

One word of satisfaction from a happy customer is priceless. A video testimonial from a real person to a another real person has a tremendous positive ripple effect. In fact studies show that it can move a person 80% towards a yes / buy desision.

Sometimes the obvious is not so obvious. I talk to people about video on their web site using with email and . . . yes blogs. Some times I get the "blank stare" You can see that they are still "thinking in text" - It's time to visually wake up!! So begins the journey . . .
